Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix

My mom had a referral here and waited 8 months for a scheduled appointment. They called the day of to cancel because the DR. was sick (understandable) however, they did not reschedule her until October now!! She will be waiting for over a year now!! UN-EXCEPTABLE!!! we asked to be put on the cancelation list and asked to speak with the office managers/supervisor we left messages and urgent (Thursday, Friday and Monday) no response... they don't return phone calls and just don't care even though their police are to respond within 24 hr. If you need to see a Neurologist or need a Dr. save some time and frustration and go somewhere where they care about you and customer service... If I could give this office minus stars I would. Shawn / Tabitha (managers)- what is your job do you do your job??? Does anyone check on you? Diane at the call center is the only one who answers the phone, but her hands are tied. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME FIND A GOOD DR. OR DR. OFFICE WHO CARES!!!!!!

Things are fine until theres a problem, then you're left to solve it yourself.
