Customer Service
I never got an appointment the person answering my call, wanted me to answer many questions to determine if I met the requirements to see my PCM. I have been sick for a couple of weeks and trying to treat with over the counter meds, it’s just getting worse. I won’t be going back to my doctors office or any Banner facility and I have been a banner patient through, cancer, and many other serious illnesses. The changes they have made are definitely detrimental to patients.
