This is the first review I have written for a doctor's office. I called 8 days ago because I needed a medication they prescribe me. I was told clearly that they would call it into the pharmacy requested. So 8 days later (after 4 calls during the week to Foothills) the medication is not at the pharmacy and when I called they said they can't send it to the pharmacy. I'm unable to function without this medication and I get horrible migraines without it. If they would have been honest with me or contacted back to advise me of the issue I could have seen another provider that would be able to help me. If they would have told me 8 days ago I could have gone to the pharmacy they required me to use. Worst experience ever! Also, I have noticed in the last 8-10 months they are extremely slow sending medications to the pharmacy so I have had to go without a few for days.
