Jason Kayce ruined my foot. I’m telling my story in hopes of saving others the misery that I have been going through trying to fix what he broke. I came to him with bunions. I needed bunion surgery on both feet. Instead of giving me options (which I found out later there were much better ones) he told me the only surgery is to saw through my bone in two places, shift the bone, and then add metal screws. I found out later that there are MUCH better methods, like Lapiplasty, that would have been a better option for me. Keep in mind I’m a young woman in my early 30s and I don’t have any pain in my feet yet. I was doing this to prevent arthritis in my feet later in life since I am a dancer and a rock climber. Lapiplasty would have been perfect for me. Instead he performed a badly done Osteotomy. I want to add also that they do not use metal covers on you when doing the Xrays, something that is needed to protect your body. This is the only time I’ve ever done Xrays without someone putting a
