These are the absolute worst 'medical providers' you will ever meet. They don't care, they don't follow up, they don't seem to know anything. Their answer to everything is to go to the ER to make sure nothing is wrong, since they are incompetent themselves. They refused to listen to me one time when I new my mom had a UTI, and refused to give her medication or even test her, instead insulting my intelligence with comments about how THEY were the medical providers (although my years of taking care of my mom I know makes me more knowledgable than these clowns). Then she ended up the ER and almost died from the UTI. Next, they put her on lifetime antibiotics (prophalactic). The home nurse that saw her post hospital from the UTI they let get out of control said the antibiotics were dangerous for her on the medications she was also taking, something they should have checked also!!! So I ask them if she should be taking a different antibiotic after taking her off the one they mistakenly gav

Long waits. They would bill you for sitting in their AC if they could. They charged me close to $100 to get my second vaccination and called it a visit since they asked about my summer; Called customer support to discuss bill and they said they have to charge for things like discussing your lab results, sending labs out, and receiving follow up vaccinations as a visit. No past medical history, just wanted a Primary Care Provider, but still paid over $200 for miscellaneous fees since insurance covers annual checks and vaccinations. They find things to charge you for. They also charged wife over $200 for other miscellaneous fees.

Don’t come here!!! I read the reviews and thought I would change my primary care to this place and it was a huge mistake! This place will over charge you. If you come here for your annual physical exam and it’s covered at 100% by your insurance, they will still find a reason to somehow charge you. They will try to blame your insurance but it’s them over charging! I went in for a physical exam and they charged me for two visits because after my doctor asked me how I was sleeping which is part of a physical exam, she decided to prescribe me medicine to help me sleep. Then I was told on the day of my physical exam that I had to schedule another visit for a pap smear which should be included in a physical exam and they are now trying to charge me for this because it wasn’t completed on the same day as my physical. Never again will I return and I refuse to give them a dime. I think they are use to doing this with AHCCCS patients and getting away with it.
