Some of the many issues I’ve had at this clinic: They’ve sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. They only had an appointment three days later when I had a fracture, even after charging an annual fee for same or next day visits. They book non-emergency appointments three months out. They once wrote the gender wrong on a bloodwork form—it’s never fun to think you have a chronic disease because of the doctor’s error (and he didn’t even notice it on the results). They will sometimes blow you off for weeks/months if you have a medical problem, telling you to wait to see if it goes away, try over-the-counter meds, etc. Conversely, they’ll sometimes give you a random assortment of things to try (real “throw spaghetti on a wall” approach). They’ve claimed to have left messages I never received (when I somehow got all of my other messages). I wouldn't recommend Moon Valley Health or Dr. Peter Reed if you actually need quality care or treatment; they're not great at providing it.
