Fifth Avenue Gynecologists

Horrible since they joined with synergy 360 and left Bell road. Terrible organization skills, mistakes, sending RX prescriptions to wrong pharmacies when told proper pharmacies, no one will take responsibility for the mistakes but say it's not their fault. All the same people that were at the other office are gone and are all new people and you won't recognize anyone. No empathy or sympathy at all. I would definitely not recommend this office to anyone! I usually do not give bad reviews to people but this one was terrible and I had a terrible experience there yesterday. So many mistakes! Find yourself a different gynecologist.

I scheduled an appointment, only to sit in a hot room for over an hour of waiting for Dr. Shah to com in, past 5pm, walked out and the lights were off and only the receptionist was left. When I told the receptionist who was watching a movie on her cell phone, she said oh. I tried calling the office twice to let them know and no one ever called back. Their rooms are old and outdated and they had a half squeezed open tube of lubricant and none of the normal lab items for my exam. So Sad! Fifth Avenue was great before, not sure what happened, but obviously no one cared as I never was called back about my concerns.
