My exp started with an envision rep delivering rude and unprofessional remarks in regards to clarifaction questions surrounding dates of billing for services. A request to speak to a supervisor was initially denied. After insistence to speak to a supervisor and not be transferred to vm, I was placed on hold multiple times. When a supervisor was available the supervisor was rude, spoke at elevated tone, and constantly dismissed my feedback; calling me emotional; and accepting zero accountability for unacceptable, unprofessional behavior and conduct. Helpful information in regards to my billing questions that was shared with me after submitting a formal complaint was never offered by the supervisor mentioned above. I’ve never been treated so poorly on a human level as I was by envision customer service representatives. A response to my complaint submitted via email was responded to a week later after I sent a follow-up to check the status.
