Terrible patient care.
This place started out great. I started seeing Dr. Sumner for trigger finger in my right hand. She gave me a steroid injection and it worked for a month or two. When it started wearing off, I went back. They suggested that I have surgery. I saw Dr. Sumner's assistant Alicia Murray. I told her I was having bad pain in my right hand and I couldn't hold a computer mouse. I said it was affecting everything in my life. She told me just to take over-the-counter meds. She had this pompous, arrogant, I don't care attitude, about my pain. I don't recommend anybody go to this place. They don't care if you tell them you are in bad pain. She finally prescribed a five day supply of steroids. It didn't do anything. I called their office to let them know that the steroids weren't helping. In an accusatory tone, (on the 4th day) they said “I shouldn't even be done with the steroids yet.” There's only one day left and they're not doing anything. This place is a joke! Do not go here!
