Bad Experience after several years as a patient
I've been using this practice for several years but the quality of service has seriously declined over the past few months. First I had an appointment to see Dr Crandall on May 22 but when I got to the office the appointment was not in their system. They gave me an alternate appointment with PA Deets for a few days later. At that appointment I had several skin lesions injected and I noticed that the Medical Assistant didn't use an alcohol swab on any of the injection sites. A few days later I began to notice some redness and swelling at 2 of the sites. I waited a few days to see if it would clear up on its own then I made an appointment with my Primary care physicion who prescribed antibiotics and suggested that I return to the Dermatology office for them to look at it. When the office staff at my PCP called to try to get me in they reported that Arizona Dermatology was very uncooperative and would not acommodate me before the scheduled appoint in about 6 weeks. Think twice about using
