Called and changed appointment for 11:00 just as I was leaving my house (35 minute trip to surgery center) and to be there at 12:15, which I was. Didn't go into surgery room until 2:45. Only saw doc one time when he came into my room to say "soon" because of the delay. Think they schedule too many patients and don't have time to take care of all of them in a timely manner. Nurses were OK but weren't always the most helpful (I realize they were very busy with all the other patients) when they saw I was getting frustrated and getting a migraine because of being nervous just sitting on the table and waiting that long with no information given to me. The front desk young lady was great. Will not return for any more procedures. Doc may be a great doc but since I never saw him afterwards to ask any questions....... Will see how my leg does later on after it has time to heal.
