I've been charged for several no show appointments, after being a patient for over 20 years. Spoke with billing and although I had a legitimate reason for reschedule, not cancel, RESCHEDULE, I was charged a $40 fee. (ex. appointment scheduled for Monday afternoon, I called at 7am to cancel as I was no longer sick enough for the appointment and felt that I could cancel early and it could be given to someone else sick enough to need it. The office is closed over the weekend, so 7am I called and without warning was charged. When I spoke with billing I was told I should have left a message instead of making sure I called at 7am. Also I cancelled an appoint when they refused to see me because they keeping charging me no show fees even though they won't see me and the Administrator Stacey, refuses to call me to discuss. I was charged another fee for the appoint cancelled. Again, the Administrator won't call me.

This doctor’s office is really hard up for your hard-earned money. If you’re on time, you’re deemed late due to their policy of being either 15 minutes early or 20 minutes early, depending on whom you’re dealing with. I was turned away for being on time and forced to reschedule another appointment for weeks later. Then, I received a $40 no-show bill. Wait! What?? I was there. You turned me away, and now you expect me to pay you for turning me away. Did you pay for my wasted gas and time? No. OK, I can somewhat understand that silly policy, but, what happens when your doctor runs late? Which has happened to me numerous times. They should offer us the same courtesy, right? It’s only fair! I will no longer support doctors who act egregiously and implement such ridiculous policies. They need us just as much as we need them. We need to start taking a stand against companies that take such egregious actions towards us. I do have some disabilities, so needless to say that I have several day
