Poor treatment after surgery
Prior to surgery they actually appeared to care about my wondering, but since having it they have left me high and dry and in tremendous pain leading to many sleepless nights. There have been miscommunications, and issues since the surgery. First off the doctor himself advised the brace was optional, the office staff admonished me for not wearing it, even when i said it was by his direction, although they did state they wished he'd stop telling patients that. They stated they called the pharmacy, per the pharmacy, no one from the office called, and their weekend answering service refused to assist. We've had issues with the fmla paperwork, repeatedly advising precisely what they required to still be filled out on the paperwork and then told they refuse to do so until the fmla personnel contact them directly even though they did provide the exact information they're requesting on the document, just not where they require it.
