Absolutely terrible!
I’ve been in to see a Dr two separate occasions for the same issue with numbness and burning in my left arm, along with a sharp pain in my neck. I also just had a discectomy on my lower back last year, so I do have quite a bit of history regarding my spine. First time, they took an x ray and gave me some steroids. I saw a PA and never a doctor. Now two months later, it happens again but worse. Go back in, once again see the PA, never once a Dr.. This time, he tells me my x ray did show some signs of damage to my C4, C5, C6 vertebrae. Once again stresses the fact he wants the steroids taken and is going to give me some muscle relaxers. I leave, it’s maybe 3 pm, head to my pharmacy about 430pm. Come to find out, they forgot to call in my prescription. The next day, I call at about noon to ask what up. Waited on hold 35 min to be told they didn’t call them in, they forgot. Both gals I talked to were super rude and made me feel like it was a burden I was calling. Terrible organization

Dr and hospital services were good, but I was very disappointed that OrthoAZ uses a surgical assistant company that does not not accept Medicare.
