DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE FRUSTRATED. If I could give a zero rating I would. This practice is horrible, starting with trying to contact them which is impossible, to the office staff when you arrive and wait for an hour, to the techs and the doctor who are rushing from 1 patient to the next and take zero time with you. The doctor wheels his computer into the room and spends all his time reviewing notes from your prior visit and spends very little time on why you are there. You are unable to get a hold of anyone via phone, in fact their message even says - don't leave a message as the system doesn't work. I had a cystoscopy completed 2 months ago, and I am now on my 4th UTI due to this procedure. I have attempted many times to call and let them know, with no reply. I was told I needed a fairly significant surgery to deal with kidney stones, and 2 months later they have never called to schedule, even though I completed all pre-op procedures.
