I have been a patient with Dr T for 4 years now, I have found her attentive and caring. I also like Alan Garcia, her PA. Have had good followup. I love that it is a calm office and I have had an easy time getting an appointment.

I've been a patient for about 3 years and am happy with the professional care and health services I receive. Dr. T and Mr. Garcia are both kind and caring, and listen to your concerns and are responsive. They'll adapt your treatment plan and not just keep you on a program that's not working. So many other doctors just keep you on the status quo without any regard as to whether it's helping; this doctor's office does not do that.

I've had nothing be disappointment and lack of communication/follow through from this practice. Firstly, I had a initial telehealth appointment. Dr. Tirumalasetty was late to the appointment and it only lasted 10mins. She did not seem engaged in the appointment. The practice proceeded to bill me $200 outside of what was covered by insurance.. for a 10min appt. The doctor wrote referrals for blood work and an ultrasound. They then sent those referrals to a lab and imaging group that didn't even take my insurance. So I took time off from work and wasted two trips. Now that I have finally got my ultrasound done, they refuse to give me the results without a follow-up appointment, which they confirmed there will be an additional charge for. So essentially Dr, Tirumalasetty charged me $200 to order labs and an ultrasound, but won't provide me with the results until I pay more money. Don't bother going to this practice.
