Office is impossible to get in contact with!

This office is a nightmare! I have been trying for a month to get a prior authorization submitted for insurance for migraine meds! I saw two different doctors both told me no problem we will get it submitted and it never gets done! And getting ahold of anyone is impossible voice messages are full so you can’t leave a message. I asked to speak to an office manager they can’t do that. I’m done I’m tired of paying $75 copays to follow up on meds I don’t have because this office can’t get their act together! I’m starting over with a new neurologist somewhere else a month and $150 dollar wasted!
