This place overbooks and keeps you waiting for an hour or more. Then when they finally take you in they don't complete the procedure. They do the minimum required to be able to bill the insurance company for a procedure that wasn't completed. They didn't give an introduction and came into the room wearing street clothes (no white doctor jacket). Then they leave as quickly as they came without an explanation as to what they did or even a diagnosis or what to expect next.

Entire waiting room didn't have enough chairs and mine was taken when I went to the restroom. Wouldn't send me paperwork ahead of time and then refused to take me when I didn't have completely filled out. Staff were very rude and condensending.

Wish that I could give them 0 stars. After getting out of the hospital where Dr. Hsu oversaw my treatment I was instructed to make an appointment to change my dressing and for them to make sure everything was ok. After making a couple of calls and being told that Dr. Hsu never saw me I was able to get an appointment at their San Tan Valley office. They checked my dressing and said it was ok and I talked to them about signing off on my short term disability paperwork since I was unable to work. They said the doctor was on vacation and they would have him do it the following week. I paid the $25.00 for them to do this and they have not done this yet. I have been calling daily and they refuse to return my calls. This is not the type of care that I expect and I will be letting my credit card company know that they have not done this paperwork and will be going to another Urologist.
