Had an appointment for 1pm. First time visit and was unaware that the office is in the back of the building. Went into the office door that has a sign directly above it for healthyu family medicine. Signed in and about 15 minutes later the clerk said we were at the wrong office. That it is around the corner on the side of the building. The small sign at the allergy office was covered up while someone was kindly holding the door open. My uncle is elderly, has mobility issues, and is using a walker. It takes a lot of effort to get out of the house. We made it to the check in counter at 1:15 and were informed that the appointment was canceled. Explained the circumstances and that the info and questions were completed online. That was of no significance the appointment was canceled. They offered to make another appt for next week. Would not recommend making an appointment here if you have special needs as there was no accommodations for a honest mistake.
