This doctor is not professional at all. She is arrogant and rude, she does not listen to your concerns. She denied me her service only because I kindly asked her if she could order a lab test to detect a bacteria that we can easily acquire and that more than half of the population can have without showing symptoms and it is scientifically proven that it causes cancer if not treated in time and this doctor humiliated me saying that she is the doctor!! Besides, I had my 4 year old son with me, who asked questions and in a rude way she silenced him on 2 occasions. To this day my son remembers that horrible incident. I went to the Sonora Quest laboratory and there they do routine labs and you don't need a referral from your primary doctor, fortunately.
