Worst communication standards I have ever seen. I have worked in healthcare in various settings for 15+ years and this place takes the cake. They will send you straight to voicemail every time you call. Even the receptionist have voicemail. That was new one for me. They will constantly say they have tried contacting you and left you voicemails but it is a bold faced lie. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. We were told to wait a week and a half for a call to schedule surgery for CANCER. We were patient and did so. However no one ever called. We have left several voicemails and nothing has been scheduled. Finally, was able to get someone on the phone and they said they would call me back in a few minutes with a surgery date. That was 24 hrs ago. My next call will be to their manager.
