Horrible experience!

The try in was so excellent I was so excited but what I received was a totally different set of teeth that I have a cross bite and off centered smile …. I have yet been able to chew with them…. Very depressing… the dentist was rude and even though I had taken pictures at every step of the way and I showed her these were not what I agreed to she gaslighted me and told me that my jaw was wrong in the picture of the try in…… I have the pictures and it is unmistakable……. She didn’t care and walked away from me as if oh well……. The staff and assistants were excellent but the dentist was a total letdown… the first thing my 12 year old child said to me was what have they done to you…
