Prestige Spine and Pain Management

First let me say that I love Dr. Kent, he has helped trememdously with my back pain. BUT... they outsource their billing, and it is absolutely HORRIBLE! I overpaid from a FSA for 4 different visits due to insurance estimates being incorrect (not their fault). I am due a refund of almost $700 that my FSA is demanding that I pay back. I have been dealing with their billing department for 5 MONTHS trying to get my refund, and it still isn't worked out. They don't call back, my refund amount keeps declining, it's been 'processing' for over a month. I called the local office to see if someone could help me get it resolved and was told they don't do billing, I have to deal with their billing department. It's RIDICULOUS!

The doctor would not acknowledge that I was in pain and ignored what I told him and asked him. I sent him a message 2 days ago and haven’t heard from him, I left a message with the nurses who are supposed to call you back and haven’t heard from anyone. I am in terrible back and neck pain unable to cook, can’t lift to carry groceries in house or stand long enough to shop. I wear the same clothes for days because it hurts to change clothes, injections only last a month and take away the pain. He has ignored everything I have requested. I hope this helps in making your decision on who you should go to.

If you aren’t 65 years old then you will be told that “you’re young enough, your pain will subside” and they will brush it off like you’re asking for drugs while being an inconvenience to them.

Really wish I could have been seen today. I was a few minutes late due to GPS and traffic from London to Conway. My appointment was cancelled on me as soon as I stepped to the front desk and said the next available time would be on the 25th of July! I have been trying to get in to this clinic and seek help since February! I was told they are booked today when there were only 2 men in the lobby besides myself! There was no way you could have seen me today doctors!?! My back and prostate pain have been with me for MONTHS now and I was referred to you and hoping it would be a groovy choice to make with you folks. But I was obviously wrong! Your receptionist needs help with how to talk and address the public no matter who you are or what state of pain you are in!
