First visit was excellent - then comes the second visit. I was told there was no charge for a call, by the nurse, only to find out that a 5-minute phone call cost me nearly $200.00Had the nurse been honest to start with, then I would not have accepted the call. Apparently you can't trust the nurse to be honest. That is a huge issue for me.

I was charged $20 without anyone telling me after the Nurse that checked me in failed to charge me the correct amount for seeing a Specialist versus a Doctor. I was told the next time that I saw someone at the office that I have an outstanding balance. I never got a bill and never was told that the staff made a mistake. The lady that checked me in this time was very rude and was silent and dismissive when I questioned why I was being charged this amount and I don't know about it? She then printed off a summary of the charges and all she said was : "you are charged the $20 for seeing a specialist" Im like i get that but why should I pay that now for you guys making a mistake?" She never said anything dismissed me further. I was very unhappy for being treated like this. Just a heads up for anyone that this might happen too.
