I went in for a suspicious mole, and was treated professionally by the friendly office staff. It turned out to be nothing. The next time I went, I had a precancerous spot frozen by Dr. Billano. It healed quickly and didn’t give me any problems. I’m not sure what the reviewer who complained about her was talking about-I could certainly benefit from laser treatments and other aesthetic procedures, but I didn’t ask about them, and they were not offered to me, since that was not why I came in.
