The front office staff is rude and unhelpful. It is incredibly difficult to get any results from this office. I had already seen my primary care doctor and received a referral to a new neurologist, and had that visit, before this office even acknowledged my results. They now claim they only just received the results, yet both my primary care and the new neurologist had no issue obtaining a copy. This suggests the problem lies with the front office staff.The doctor is kind and takes the time to listen, but that only goes so far when communication is this poor. If you can’t get through to the office or access important information, it severely impacts the quality of care.
