Very Unprofessional
We arrived early for our son appointment and the receptionist had an attitude as soon as we walked through the door. I signed in and waited over 10 minutes for them to call us to the front to fill out paperwork. We filled out the paperwork and upon completion she informed us that we missed our appointment and they will try to work us in. I’m confused at this point. I’m trying to explain to her “ma’am we were her early” she said with an attitude “what time did you turn your paperwork in”. Those 10 minutes I was waiting could’ve filled out all the paperwork you wanted.
