They sent me an email the day before my egg retrieval operation telling me to take a medication that they never prescribed. They did not answer the emergency phone, and I had to get an emergency prescription for this medication from another doctor. They forgot we were using a donor and did not give enough notice to have the vials shipped, so my eggs had to go through the unnecessary step of being frozen first. I received a phone call apology from Dr. Harper, which was insufficient to make up for the financial and emotional cost of their incompetence.
