Horrible service
I went to the walk in to get a couple tests because the doctor I used via BCBS said I either had the cold, flu, or covid based on my symptoms , and needed to be tested. Ended up I waited about 2 hours in my car waiting for someone to come give me the tests, and the only time I spoke to anyone was when they took my temperature. I finally went inside to see what was going on and they said there was no need to be tested, and I was totally fine even though all of the symptoms I told them I had were directly related to the cold, flu, or covid. Ended up after asking to just pay and leave, another nurse took me to the back and gave me tests and checked me out. The most frustrating part of the experience apart from the 2 hour wait time was that they were trying to convince me that I was not sick even though I felt like I could almost pass out while talking to them, and was in pain, had shortness of breath, dizziness, a rapid heart rate, and nausea
