The service provided by Dr. McGraw was excellent, as was the subsequent surgery by Dr. Downing. However, the office staff routinely does NOT answer the phone, nor do they return calls. You may receive a text, if you are lucky. I have left messages numerous times, which remain unanswered even though their VM says messages are returned within 24 hours. Not so. I have left messages after my surgery with a concern about the swelling and aggressive bleeding. I sent pictures with my text, several days ago, still waiting for a return call. Uncaring and frustrating.
