Gastroenterologists PC

Made an appt for colonoscopy weeks ahead of time. Told them from the first phone call that I need to know the total cost as our deductible is outrageous and I would have to pay in full. She assured me someone would get back to me with that info as appt got closer. Never heard from anyone. A week before the appt I called to ask same question. Spent literally 2.5 hours on the phone being told to call other entities to get the info. Never got it. Went ahead with the procedure. Three weeks later and I have not gotten lab results. The username and password they emailed me for their portal does not work; it gives an error message. I emailed the contact email on their website asking for help. No reply for two full business days. I called at 11:55am today and they sent me to answering service that says they're out to lunch 12-1:30pm each day. It's been three weeks as of tomorrow and I have no idea what the lab results are. Do not waste your time with this office.
