Unprofessional staff
I had the WORST experiences with the front desk staff at this office not once but twice. I was referred to this office by my dentist for the extraction of my wisdom teeth. I had no issue scheduling the appointment, but the subsequent interactions with the staff led to me canceling my appointment due to the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I explained in detail why I showed up for my appointment willing to pay the “cancellation” fee just to avoid further interactions with the unprofessional front desk and was met with the most lackadaisical attitude. I don’t feel like patients should be threatened via voicemail with canceling an appointment due to lack of correspondence from an insurance company. Determination of coverage should fall on the provider not the patient, I know that I have coverage any further information should be obtained from the insurance company.The interactions came across as though without insurance “proof”- they would not address my oral concerns
