Please do not choose this hospital if you are under 30, single and a person of color. You will be ignored. Your opinion will not be considered. Your voice will not be heard. Your life and time will be of no importance I found a lump in my breast in February of 2021. Made an appointment to visit my physician. At my appointment, I was told that I WAS OK and IT WAS NOT CANCER and to follow up in 6 months. I followed up with Eastern OBGYN in the 6 months only to be told I have stage 3 breast cancer and it’s spreading fast. I am 28.My initial visit when I discovered the lump was with Eastern OBGYN PC where I have been a patient since 2017. Where my medical records note that I have complained of breast pain since 2017 and I have a family history of cancer. I was told by my oncologist that the abnormalities were noted in my initial exam back in Feb2021. Made an appointment to visit my physician. At my appointment, I was told that I WAS OK and IT WAS NOT CANCER and to follow up in 6 months.
