My recent contact with them was a remote, long-distance sleep study. I was a bit overwhelmed because it meant figuring out how to use the equipment (mainly the watch) , and being 72, I’m somewhat behind in knowing and using new-age electronics and trying to scan a code to get started. But the instructions were well written and the people from Peak did a good job of explaining what to do. I was successful in doing the sleep test, the watch and other equipment was comfortable, and I actually had a good night’s sleep that night.

I have always appreciated Dr Glass in his expertise, friendliness and care about me as the patient.

Very informative and adapted a plan of habits to help with sleep

I mostly deal with Peak remotely. Yesterday, I was able to make an in person visit. The appointment was quick and seamless. Everyone is friendly and caring. I was in the very capable care of Katherine. She is very helpful in helping me with the options that will best fit my needs. Also, Clinic is clean.

Everything is great about Peak Neurology accept the medical records are never up to date. For the past year, I call the primary providers and have them send over current chart notes and med list 1-2 weeks in advance. Yet at 100% of the appointments, the provider never has any recent medical records from the primary providers. I just don't understand how the clinic can have great providers and the worst-ever medical record team. It is rather a serious matter that the neurologist has current records when making medical decisions and recommendations. The neurologist cannot make sound medical calls every 6 months if they don't get the medical notes from the past 6 months to see what the primary provider has been doing. I'd give the clinic 10 stars if they could just get the current medical records into their systems for the provider to have access to.

I refused to sign the late missed appointment doc. It states they can charge you $50.00 if you are late or miss your appointment. I asked what it was considered to be late. One person said 10 minutes or so. None of this information is on the document that they were asking me to sign. I requested to speak with the officer manager. She stated, “I was right, but I would still need to sign the form and not add any information to the form.” I explained to her that this was a contract and that if I signed it, I would be in agreement with the terms. I asked when would the new form be ready she said, “Next year, so you would not be seen today”

Little to no waiting time, which is a huge plus! The ANP was thorough in her evaluation of my needs and how we should proceed, and the staff did a good job getting the data off my current CPAP. I'm happy with our plan and look forward to discussing results in my followup appointment.

Quick acknowledgment of patient’s I didn’t have to wait. The front check in desk was very generous and polite. Very professional!

Dr. Tasha Powell is excellent. We went to her when my husband was diagnosed with MS. She answers all our questions and helps us to understand what is happening. She is super helpful and recommends other providers for MS related medical care that is not in her area of expertise. Her guidance helps us to navigate through all of the medical care he needs. Very, very satisfied with the care we receive from her. Chris her medical assistant is also top notch. He is friendly and caring. We've been to see Dr. Powell three times over the past year and are very happy with her. She is a top notch Neurologist and a caring person!

They were very easy to work with. I don’t drive, and they made it very easy for me to take my sleep study. I’m waiting for my results now, but I was late in getting my paperwork mailed to them.

Andrew was very helpful and provided a lot of information about the set up and what to expect for the evening. Made the night comfortable in spite of the wires and other attachments. I don't like this email that suggests that you can 'click below' to respond directly to Peak Neurology but that option in fact was not and is not available.

Its really hard to find Specialty doctors that not just work for you but with you. Dr Lada has been my Neurologist for many years now and is one of the only doctors I have ever met that listens to me and talks with me about what I feel I want to do or try and he believes in me. Advocating for yourself when you have a rare disease is hard because most doctors don't think you know anything, but he has always listened to me and understands no one knows your body like you do and he has always taken that into consideration when working with me about treatment. This has made such a difference in my outlook on the treatments and my confidence in getting better. Thank you for everything!!

Dr Troxell takes care of my MS. She is very patient with me. She spends time with me and explains my situation with me and provides excellent care.

The visit with doctor Lada was exceptional, he showed me he cares about my problem, and I feel very confident.

The technicians at Peak Neurology were professional and courteous throughout the sleep study. They were knowledgeable and well trained. They were empathetic to my needs and assisted me at every turn. I had a very positive experience
