Dr. Downs provided an incredibly unprofessional experience, and I do not trust him as a doctor. Beyond providing poor care, their office explicitly allows (practically encourages) bringing guns on site (I'm serious!), yet explicitly disallows perfume. Their priorities are disappointing and not representative of a doctor who is providing a positive mental health care experience. Further, their office practices blatantly price gouging and lying about insurance providers accepted. I have filed an official complaint with Aetna. They charge over 4 times the "usual and customary" amount. Please do not provide them with your business.
