This provider has no reviewsCounselingPO Box 999Spokane, WA 992108.2 miles awayBiographyReaching out for support can be intimidating and scary, especially when you are struggling with the competing and sometimes traumatic demands of life. Finding a therapist that you can connect with and work collaboratively with to improve your quality of life is important and valuable. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has over 25 years of experience working with children, families, older adults and veterans. I believe being authentic and providing a judgement free zone are vital in creating a safe place for people to be vulnerable and comfortable enough to process their feelings and make realistic plans for improvement. My treatment modalities tend to veer towards client centered, solution focused and cognitive behavioral. I believe that it is important to help people identify their personal and external strengths/supports incorporating them into the treatment plan. My hope is that therapy will provide you with comfort, validation and success in ways that are important to you.

Frank Aldridge, M
This provider has no reviewsCounselingPO Box 999Spokane, WA 992108.2 miles awayBiographyI am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Amberton University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Sociology from the University of Arizona in Tucson. I enjoy working with individuals and families and have experience working with issues of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, emptiness, relationships, life transitions and others. I began my counseling career 14 years ago as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Dallas Texas where I was a therapist and family counselor at Solutions Outpatient Services. After 3 years at SOS, I took a position at Enterhealth treatment facility in Van Alstyne, Texas as one of their first primary therapists. I left Enterhealth a year later to open a private practice In Dallas. In 2010 my wife and I moved to the majestic Pacific Northwest. Currently I live in Kirkland, WA and have an 8 year old son and a pug. My approach is person centered and eclectic. I integrate and blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems Theory and other philosophies and techniques. Please know that I have the greatest respect for your courage. Feelings can be overwhelming and disorienting. Intense emotions can be frightening and painful. Depression robs us of the moments in life that are truly worth savoring. It is my firm belief that all emotions have value and utility, containing large veins of information if we take the time to drill down a bit. The more we can embrace and utilize the full spectrum of our experience, from joy to pain, the greater our capacity for self actualization becomes. It is my hope that we can collaborate on a journey of discovery; one that fosters awareness, clarity, acceptance, and change.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 starsCounselingPO Box 999Spokane, WA 992108.2 miles awayCare PhilosophyTalkspace partners with care providers who find satisfaction in providing therapy in a way that prioritizes the clients convenience and preferences. Because all therapy takes place virtually, through messaging, live virtual sessions, or both, providers can communicate more frequently and casually in comparison to traditional face-to-face therapy. Talkspace treatment methods are supported by scientific research and are committed to non-judgmental care that is inclusive and respectful of cultural and other identities. Talkspace patients are matched with the best provider for them based on their needs and availability during the registration process. Once matched with a provider, patients may change at any time, and may contact support to request a specific provider. *The above is attributed to Talkspace and not the provider.*
