I received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri, a Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia, and Ph.D. from the University of Utah. Additionally, I have worked as a clinical supervisor for social workers and mental health counselors for 12+ years. I have recently studied trauma-informed therapy experiences. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, reality, structural family therapy, spiritually-centered and solution focused interventions.
