Farhan F. Lalani, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Dallas Medical Specialists located on the campus of Medical City Dallas.Dr. Lalani is passionate about longevity, preventative, and lifestyle medicine. In addition to being board-certified in Internal Medicine, he is also a board-certified Clinical Hypertension Specialist by the American Society of Hypertension as well as in Critical Care Ultrasonography by The American College of Chest Physicians. He teaches point-of-care ultrasonography for the Society of Hospital Medicine and is course co-director of a national ultrasound conference. He is currently pursuing board-certification in Lifestyle Medicine from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.Dr. Lalani is a native Texan, from Houston, and received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He completed his internal medicine residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Lalani then went to work at Intermountain Healthcare in Utah, University of California in San Francisco and UT Southwestern in Dallas. Dr. Lalani enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, rock climbing, surfing, mountain biking, reading, and the great outdoors. Dr. Lalani was voted D Magazine's Best Doc for 2024.
