Dr. Garcia-Pena completed his residency program in Orthopedic Surgery at one of the busiest trauma hospitals in the Caribbean and well-known throughout the region: the Medical Sciences Center from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine.Dr. Garcia-Pena completed his fellowship training at the Baylor College of Medicine and Ironman Sports Medicine Institute in Houston, Texas.
