Saramma George, MD, is board certified in family medicine and geriatrics and received her Geriatrics Fellowship at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, Penn. Immediately following her geriatrics fellowship, she moved to Texas and began working with Scott & White in Waco. In Texas, Dr. George started a senior clinic, where she remained for eight years while serving as the medical director of Scott & White Skilled Nursing Facility. She then went on to work in skilled nursing facilities & inpatient rehab centers in the Austin area until she and her husband relocated to the Round Rock area. Dr. George considers geriatrics her heart and soul and enjoys clinical work and continuity of care. Apart from clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.

I completed my fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Miami. I have practiced in Texas for more than a decade and have extensive experience treating all gastrointestinal and liver diseases. My areas of interest are GERD, colon cancer screening, biliary disorders and liver diseases. As a Gastroenterologist I believe in offering compassionate and comprehensive care to all of my patients.
