My therapeutic approach incorporates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I find effective in helping individuals address emotional and behavioral concerns. Additionally, my training in EMDR allows me to assist clients in processing and releasing trauma by reworking how memories are stored in the brain.
