I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention. I have worked with adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Aside from process therapy, I am also active with psycho-educational therapy, assisting clients to broaden their knowledge and awareness to physical, social and environmental factors of their lifestyles.
