I have over a decade of experience working with groups and individuals who present with a variety of issues, including trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. I graduated from Pacific University with a Master of Arts in counseling psychology as well as from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. I utilize evidence base practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapies. I received my doctorate degree from Oregon State University in Counseling with a specialty in Counselor Education & Supervision. I'm a repeat Alumni of Portland State University receiving a Masters of Science in Counseling with an emphasis on Rehabilitation and Community Counseling and a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology and Psychology.
