I have had the privilege of walking with clients on their mental health journeys as they begin the heroic task of choosing a better life for themselves as they address issues of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, addiction, grief and loss, sexuality, guilt and shame, and trauma. I also have experience working with people who have found it a struggle to find their "tribes" or group of people that support and love them for who they are.
