I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have been counseling for 14 years and have worked with clients with many different life concerns including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, ADD, trauma, relationship issues , family conflicts and life changes just to name a few. I am a firm believer that the client is in the "driver's seat" when it comes to their therapy. I graduated from East Carolina University in 2012 with a Masters Degree in Social Work and have been involved in many different aspects of the field including advocating and supporting the LGBTQIA and the undocumented community. I have experience in assisting person-served with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and feelings of hopelessness to name a few. I work with person served to create an open and safe environment where he/she/they thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
