My favorite part of being a physical therapist is getting to know my patients to help them achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. When treating patients, I think it's important to have a patient-centered, team-based approach to best meet their needs. I find it rewarding to see patients return to the activities they love through movement, exercise and manual techniques. I have a special interested in shoulder-related conditions, but I enjoy working with a variety of patients and conditions.

I am passionate about treating various orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting. I work with people of all ages and with all different conditions and injuries that are affecting their lives in a physical manner. I am a former college baseball player and enjoy working with active individuals of all levels. My approach to physical therapy is to improve physical function through individualized exercise and treatment in order to rebuild confidence in your body and achieve your goals.

As a physical therapist, I utilize a combined approach of manual therapy and therapeutic exercises/activities to help patients achieve their goals. I enjoy treating a wide variety of patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. My clinical interests include lower extremity rehabilitation, sports medicine and overhead/throwing athletes. My treatment philosophy focuses on empowering and educating patients on how to manage their condition independently so they can return to doing the activities that they love. I also believe that the patient is always right. The patient has all the answers, and it is my job as a physical therapist to identify these answers.
