I am a board-certified pediatrician. I work with children of all ages, but particularly am passionate about newborn and adolescent care. I enjoy teaching my patients how to take care of their health starting at an early age and watching them enter adulthood with the tools and knowledge they need to be a healthy adult. My approach is family based: I like to meet a family "where they are at" to give them the best, tailored care as possible.

I am originally from St. Paul and have always lived in the Twin Cities. As a pediatrician, my goal is to encourage children and adolescents to develop healthy habits so that they can become healthy adults. I have a special interest in the care of infants and preventive medicine.

I chose to work in pediatrics because I enjoy working with infants and children. I like providing education to new parents and helping them to raise healthy and happy babies. Working with adolescents and inspiring them to invest in their health is another aspect of my work that I really enjoy. I tend to be an easygoing provider and want parents and patients to feel comfortable being honest with me. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, walking with our dogs and bike riding. I also like to read, sew and crochet.
