I am a board-certified family medicine doctor and have a special interest in caring for the entire family. I received my medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my residency at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas. I joined the Stillwater Medical Group after living and working in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, for over a decade. My husband, son, daughter and I have made the Scandia area our home. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

As a family medicine physician, I enjoy the wide scope of my practice; it allows me to meet the diverse needs of my community, pursue continued learning and foster long-term relationships. During my time as a physician, I have developed special interests in management of chronic conditions, dermatology, procedural medicine and pediatrics. I hope to serve the Stillwater community by tailoring the care I provide to each individual and taking a stepwise approach towards health improvement.

As a family medicine doctor, I love caring for the entire family. I see babies in the newborn nursery, provide end-of-life care to the elderly, and everything in between. I care for many multigenerational families as my patients. I particularly enjoy child and adolescent medicine. Skin procedures and joint injections are also important services I offer in my practice. A long-term doctor-patient partnership is essential for preventing illness and identifying problems early on when they are easiest to treat.

I am excited to see patients in Stillwater again, both old and new. I enjoy seeing patients of all ages with a focus on lung health and sports-related injuries. I also perform procedures, including removal of premalignant and malignant skin lesions, as well as joint injections of the hand, elbow, hip and knee. My approach continues to be one of mutual decision making, and I see myself as a helper in getting patients to realize their own health goals.

As a family medicine doctor, I enjoy seeing patient of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. My particular interests within the field include sports medicine, pediatrics, preventive medicine and procedures. I practice evidence-based medicine.
