It's a privilege to be trusted by patients to help them make whatever decisions feel best for their body whether physical or mental. I meet patients where they are at and work alongside them to create treatment plans specific to their needs. I prioritize trauma-informed care, and I want you to feel safe and heard as a patient. I love many aspects of primary care, but one of my favorite parts is getting to know you! I look forward to being able to care for patients throughout their lifetime and hear their stories. Along with primary care, I have additional training in LGBTQIA health care and sexual and reproductive health care.

I enjoy working in family medicine for the diversity it brings: seeing people young and old, caring for acute and chronic illnesses, and counseling on preventive medicine recommendations. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, running and playing volleyball.

As a family medicine doctor, primary care is a passion of mine I love seeing patients of all ages, backgrounds and life stages. It truly brings me joy to build relationships with people over time and to see entire families! Some of my interests include chronic disease management, women's health, medical weight management, lifestyle and preventive medicine, and minor procedures. I am passionate about health literacy and enjoy helping break down complex medical terminology, making the health care field more understandable and approachable. I try my absolute best to meet patients where they are to help them construct reasonable plans to achieve their goals and make the best decisions for themselves.

I enjoy family medicine because it allows me the opportunity to care for people during all stages of life. I have special interests in sports medicine, dermatology and health care maintenance. My hope is that patients feel their concerns are important to me and that we work together toward the same goal: better health.
