I love being an OB-GYN. Providing compassionate and evidence-based care for patients during the biggest and most vulnerable moments of their lives (like childbirth, surgery, etc.) is such an honor. One of the best parts about being an OB-GYN is the privilege to take care of a patient from when they are a teenager all the way through menopause and beyond, and I look forward to these longitudinal relationships with my patients. I have a special interest in caring for adolescent and young adult patients. I am passionate about making the OB-GYN office a safe, inclusive, comfortable and positive experience for people of all backgrounds and life experiences. I am committed to a collaborative relationship with patients where they are heard and have a voice in their care.

I am continuously grateful that I have chosen a career in obstetrics and gynecology. I have the wonderful variety of labor and delivery, surgery and clinical care. My patients range in age from adolescence to menopause and they've all taught me so much about life. I have special interests in colposcopy and cervical procedures, high-risk obstetrics and vaginal surgery. I offer minimally invasive surgery whenever possible and perform many procedures in the clinic setting. My philosophy is that well-informed patients make the best medical decisions, so counseling regarding contraception, menopause and bleeding issues is an important part of my practice.

I enjoy seeing patients of all ages, backgrounds and health concerns. I love doing minimally invasive surgery so that patients are able to recovery more quickly and have less pain. I also love following patients throughout their pregnancies, and then getting to meet their little ones. I believe in holistic care and maintaining whole-body wellness. I like to be proactive in preventing illness and problems, and empower patients with the knowledge to make the best choices for their bodies.
